Whimsical Worlds

The books she is reading alone in the night
illumine her mind with a curious light,
revealing a pathway ahead,
to mythical empires of dragons and kings,
and griffins that fly with fantastical wings.
Through whimsical worlds she is led,
increasing her knowledge and lighting her way,
with clearer perception and wisdom each day,
enriched by the books she has read.
